Holistic Healing for PCOS, Endometriosis, PMS, and Period Problems
We’re here to help you get your life back, by empowering you with educational resources and a supportive community.
At She Syncs, We Believe…
Knowledge is Power
It’s essential to understand your hormones and cycle, in order to deepen your connection with your body and its needs.
This knowledge not only empowers you but also enables open and effective communication with friends, family, and healthcare providers. By doing so, you pave the way for the support you need and create a space for self-care.
Compassion is Key
It’s important to be gentle with yourself as you navigate the healing process, and to extend this kindness to others.
This involves acknowledging that every healing journey is distinct and celebrating progress rather than striving for perfection. By cultivating a culture of empathy and grace, we can establish a nurturing environment where healing becomes a shared and uplifting experience.
Self-Love is Everything
It’s fundamental to liberate yourself from the stigma, shame, and limiting beliefs associated with your diagnosis.
This means believing not only in the possibility of healing but also in your body’s inherent strength and resilience. We encourage everyone to embrace self-love and body acceptance throughout the healing journey.

Our Mission is to Help You Feel Understood Supported Hopeful Confident Alive
We live in a world where…
It’s considered perfectly normal to experience pain, discomfort, and embarrassment due to periods and PMS, and conditions like PCOS and endometriosis. Our society doesn’t truly recognize or value the unique needs of hormonal, menstrual, and reproductive health. This includes crucial aspects such as periods, pregnancy, caregiving, and childcare.
Even with increasing awareness around hormonal and reproductive health, why is there still a lack of proper education, support, and treatment options?
Women and people with cycles have the right to advocate for their hormonal and reproductive health needs. We have the right to access appropriate care.
The problem is there are gaps in the guidance we receive from medical professionals. Gaps in understanding how factors like genetics, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and diet impact our hormones.
All too often, we’re dismissed, talked down to, and discouraged from speaking up, not only with medical professionals but also in our workplaces and personal lives.
As a result, many individuals struggle with symptoms silently, without receiving a diagnosis, or any understanding of their hormonal health.
Astonishingly, 70% of those with PCOS remain undiagnosed. In the US it can take up to 11 years to receive an endometriosis diagnosis. And up to 90% of women experience PMS – grappling with symptoms that are often considered normal and something to “put up with.”
This realization prompted us to take action. And so, She Syncs was born.
We provide a holistic approach to healing and a safe space for support, for people with PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, and other period-related problems.
